Mr. Ayoub is a professional engineer in Ontario with over 25 years of experience in project management and cost analysis in the
food and hospitality domain. Mr. Ayoub acted as Project Manager on a number of projects including the construction of two manufacturing plants, both of which obtained HACCAP and the ISO certification, the dining facilities for an upscale retirement home in Niagara Falls, 3 salon-de-thé style cafés for the Parisco chain in Ontario and recently SPoT Coffee Cafés in Ontario, Western New York and Florida.
Mr. Gress most recently worked as Chief Executive Officer of ADI Printing, a company that specializes in servicing major clientele including banks, newspapers, manufacturers and restaurants. During his employment with ADI, he gained significant experience in operations, financing, high-level negotiations and marketing. Previous to this role, he spent over 10 years in the printing industry with Moore Business Forms where he achieved the highest recognition for sales performance and transitioned into a management position in Miami, FL. He graduated from Canisius College with a B.S. Degree in Business Education.
Mr. Corrente brings leadership and training expertise to SPoT Coffee cafés. Prior to his current position, he managed and operated the SPoT Cityplace café for over 3 years. Mr. Corrente now has over 10 years experience in the food and hospitality business and has been essential in establishing goals and implementing objectives in SPoT Coffee as they expand domestically and internationally.
Mr. Bright attended Buffalo State College. He has completed extensive studies in Food and Hotel Management. With over 25 years of experience in the food industry, Mr. Bright has extensive knowledge of a wide range of food and desserts. He has management experience and has been employed by SPoT Coffee for the last 9 years
Mr. Maslanka has worked in the coffee business for several years including most recently as the Director of
Coffee/ Production Manager/ Master Roaster for Dilworth Coffee. He has experience managing all production
aspects of a coffee roastery and has roasted over 750,000 pounds of coffee to date.
Mr. Cassella has been with SPoT since 2006. His experiences have spanned across a number of areas within the operations of SPoT including managing both the Delaware and Elmwood cafés, assisting with the opening of new cafés and outside accounts. He is SPoT's Head Barista and is currently working towards obtaining his BGA Level II Certified Barista. He organized the first Buffalo Barista Jam, and has coordinated many cuppings for the public and SPoT employees
