MARINO KULAS - President & CEO

Mr. Kulas has been at the forefront of the international shipping container industry by way of terminal operations and container repair for over 25 years. He has extensive knowledge of the industry and long-standing relationships with top-tier international shipping lines.

ANTE NINCEVIC - Vice President, Marine Development

Mr. Nincevic joins Conforce with over 40 years experience in the cruise line and container shipping industries. He brings to Conforce extensive knowledge in the development of business with major commercial cruise operators such as Norwegian Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruise Lines, Princess Cruises and Holland America.

Mr. DeRose is a Chemical Engineer with over 30 years experience relating to the performance of plastics and composites including 19 years employment with chemical industry leader Ciba-Geigy. He was instrumental in the design and development of EKO-FLOR™ and spearheads all new product initiatives.

JOSEPH E. SUMERAK - Chief Technology Officer

For over 30 years, Mr. Sumerak has been recognized as a leading expert in the field of composites and pultrusion. He holds a Masters of Science in Engineering degree and has published numerous scientific papers on advanced pultrusion technologies. In addition, Mr. Sumerak is a member of ACMA and PIC, two organizations that serve the composites industry.
JOSEPH DeROSE - Vice President, Product Development

MARIO VERRILLI - Vice President, Corporate Development

Prior to joining Conforce, Mr. Verrilli held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Operations for Omega Direct Response Inc. He also served as Director of Sales, Consumer Markets for Primus Canada where he was responsible for the creation and ownership of acquisition channels along with their respective P&L and operating budgets.
JIM COLLINS - Vice President, Finance

Mr. Collins is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience including 6 years with KPMG. His expertise in financial reporting, planning and budgeting has assisted in the growth of numerous public and private companies.

LOCHAN PERSAUD - Controller

Prior to joining Conforce, Mr. Persaud worked for 7 years with Metal Supermarkets as a Senior Accountant responsible for internal controls and processes. Prior to Metal Supermarkets, Mr. Persaud spent 6 years managing accounts payable for Johnvince Foods.

SLAVKO TODOROVIC - Director of Operations

Mr. Todorovic has over 17 years experience in process engineering and production management in the plastics and pultrusion industry. For ABC Group, he served as a process engineer overseeing production of a 300 employee, 24/7 manufacturing operation. He also held the position of Production Analyst.

MILTON TAYLOR - Manager, Production Training

Mr. Taylor brings 25 years experience in blow moulding, injection moulding and pultrusion. Prior to joining Conforce, he was employed with ABC Group for 23 years where he was senior site manager responsible for the supervison and training of 250 production employees.

NETHERSAN VIMALANDERAN - Engineering Technician

For Conforce, Mr. Vimalanderan, an Electromechanical Engineering Technician, provides AutoCAD design, testing and technical support for EKO-FLOR. Prior to joining Conforce, he worked with SMC Pneumatic Ltd as a Fluid Power Technician, and with the Canadian Armed Forces as a Sonar Technician.

GREG ORADAT - Plant Manager, Peru, Indiana

Mr. Oradat joins Conforce with over 20 years of manufacturing experience. He has managed both start-up and established manufacturing operations with proven success. Prior to joining Conforce, Mr. Oradat served as Plant Manager for Da-Lite, a global manufacturer of projection screens.

DIANNE SPILMON - Manager, Human Resources

Ms. Spilmon holds an MBA from Ball State University and joins Conforce with over 10 years of human resource, recruitment and labor relations experience. Prior to Conforce, she served as Human Resource Manager for TMC Head Start, Zimmer Inc., and General Dynamics Land Systems, a defense contractor specializing in the manufacture of military combat vehicles.
